"I’m excited about this. Keegan’s going to start tomorrow," coach Mike Brown said at Wednesday’s practice. "You can put that out there. You can tell the Grizzlies that, and whoever you want to tell."

Murray’s career is off to a promising start. The No. 4 overall pick of the 2022 NBA Draft missed the Kings' season opener while recovering from COVID-19, but he debuted Saturday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
In nearly 33 minutes off the bench, Murray logged 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting. He followed it up with 16 points, including four 3-point makes, on 6-of-14 shooting in the Kings' 130-125 loss to the Golden State Warriors on Sunday, once again coming off the bench.
De'Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Harrison Barnes, KZ Okpala and Domantas Sabonis have started Sacramento's first three games. Murray likely will take the starting spot of the defensive-minded Okpala, who played just 3:34 against Golden State.
