Griffin and the Clippers reportedly agreed to a five-year, $173 million deal Friday according to multiple national reports.
The five-time All-Star forward averaged 21.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game in the 2016-17 season in 61 games for the Clippers. Since going No. 1 overall to the Clippers in the 2009 NBA Draft, Griffin has averaged 21.5 points, 9.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game.

He has also dealt with a number of injuries throughout his seven-year career after missing the entire 2009-10 season.
