The schedule hasn't been doing the Kings many favors lately, but that might change Friday night.
After dropping two straight, the Kings look to put an end to their min-skid when they host the struggling Grizzlies at Golden 1 Center. Both Sacramento and Memphis enter Friday's game sitting at 16-15 on the season, tied for the eighth-best record in the West.
The Grizzlies won 12 of their first 17 games of the season, but have dropped six of their last seven while suffering from several injuries. The Kings have endured their fair share of injuries as well, but will get a boost when both Iman Shumpert (bruised hip) and Bogdan Bogdanovic (sore foot) return to the lineup after both missed Wednesday's loss to the Thunder.
