"My only concern in saying that is that he might not last to the second pick," Thorpe writes. "But there’s zero chance Wiseman falls to the third pick. He’s perfect for Golden State.

Kerr recently said the Warriors need to get bigger and more athletic this offseason, and Wiseman checks both of those boxes.
"He’d instantly be one of the better rim runners in the league," Penny Hardaway -- Wiseman's college coach at Memphis -- told NBC Sports Bay Area's Monte Poole this week. He’s also a rim protector; he is going to protect the rim. “Also, he can space out to the 3-point line. He’s been working on his jump shot and his understanding of studying film and what a team wants and needs. In their system, with those guys, he would be spectacular.”
