Warriors guard Charlie Bell was taken into custody and held for several hours Thursday after showing up legally intoxicated for a hearing on his drunk driving case.
The 32-year-old was arrested in Flint Township Oct. 21 and charged with drunken driving, driving on a suspended license and failing to stop at a stop sign.
The case was set for resolution Thursday morning before Bell traveled to Oakland for the opening of Golden State's training camp Friday. Instead,Bell is expected back in a Genesee County courtroom today.

Bell blew a reported .09 during a pre-scheduled alcohol assessment. The legal limit is .08.
His attorney, Michael Manley, told ABC12 in Michigan that Bell takes full responsibility for what happened, adding there was a definite sanction for his actions.
Bell is Golden State's player rep.
Bell was arrested in February in Oakland on suspicion of drunken driving. A CHP officer arrested Bell about 2:45 a.m. Lake Merritt,

He was suspended by the NBA in June for pleading no contest to reckless driving in the Oakland incident. Bell is suspended for the Warriors' first game of the 2011-12 regular season for which he is eligible and physically able to play.
