Gary Payton II is doing everything he can during Summer League to make the Warriors' regular-season roster. The son of Oakland legend and Hall of Fame point guard Gary Payton, is hustling, playing strong defense, grabbing rebounds and putting points on the board.
Oh, and don't forget throwing down poster dunks.
Payton II did just that Wednesday night in the Warriors' 90-84 win over the Toronto Raptors in the Las Vegas Summer League, and Warriors center James Wiseman couldn't contain himself.

Along with the highlight of the night, Payton II finished with 13 points, five assists, five rebounds, two steals and was a plus-22 in plus-minus. He also made all three of his 3-point attempts.
Wiseman continues to rehab from a meniscus injury in his right knee. For now, he'll join the rest of us in enjoying watching Payton II prove himself to the Warriors this summer, including some jaw-dropping dunks.
