Even as accomplished as Steph Curry is both on and off the court, the Warriors star never stops gaining knowledge from those who have scaled the mountain tops of individual success.
Like many basketball players, Curry looked up to Michael Jordan as a kid. Curry and Jordan spent some time together this past weekend while at Team USA's shellacking of Team Europe at the Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits, and Curry gained a few insights from his conversation with His Airness.
"One, I'm not alone in being a psychopath about golf," Curry told reporters Monday at Warriors Media Day. "I do know that. He might have me beat for sure. But just that competitive spirit never dies. The same killer instinct he had as a player and in business has translated into his presence around like a Ryder Cup team and some of the captains and players and stories that he can tell from being to the last 11 Ryder Cups.

"That spirit that made him who he is while playing basketball permeates everything in life. That's such a cool concept. You have to find balance but it's an encouraging kind of take on how he lives his life in that respect. Because he gives everything he does his all and he wants to win everything. It's not just talk. It's how he lives."

While they might show it in different ways, Curry and Jordan are cut from the same cloth.
They both are two legends steadfast in the pursuit of greatness and fueled by an insatiable desire to push the boundaries of what is possible.
