"Draymond is an absolutely brilliant basketball mind," Steve Kerr told NBC Sports Bay Area's Grant Liffmann on the "Dubs Talk" podcast. "He's just a step ahead of everybody constantly -- at both ends. He understands more than anybody on Earth how to get Steph [Curry] and Klay [Thompson] a shot through all the chaos that's happening.
"And at the other end, he understands better than anybody on Earth exactly what's going on and how he can disrupt what the other team is trying to do.

"No matter what, every day I play this game of basketball, I am working towards that. And it does not stop until I'm done playing this game.
"Every time I step on the floor and I don't feel like playing, that's something that can push me. That's something that's gonna make me say, 'Well, if I want to do this, I have to go out here and give it 110 percent.
