The Warriors on Saturday night led the Charlotte Hornets by 10 points with less than 4:30 remaining in the fourth quarter.

They lost in heartbreaking fashion at the buzzer.

So what did Kent Bazemore learn about his team through back-to-back brutal losses?

"The biggest thing we learned is we're a good team -- a really good team," he told the media Monday. "And we all hate losing -- regardless of how it happens.

"We're a team that's on the cusp of some really good things."

The Warriors feel like they should be entering Tuesday night's game vs. the New York Knicks with a record of 18-13 and on a four-game winning streak.

"We're a much better team than our record," Bazemore said. "And we'll show that sooner or later. You can't keep a team like us -- with so much talent, effort, togetherness -- in a bottle all season.

"At some point real soon we'll start to show that."

It won't be easy, as the Warriors play at the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night before hosting the Hornets on Friday.

Golden State then closes out the first half of its schedule with three road games vs. the Los Angeles Lakers, Portland Trail Blazers and Phoenix Suns.
