Watch Steph Curry eagle 18 to close second round of American Century

Steph Curry finished the second round of the 2019 American Century Championship in style.

The Warriors superstar eagled the 18th hole on Saturday and finished the round with a two-day total of 30 points, good for 14th place heading into the final round on Sunday.

Curry enters the third and final round three points behind his father, Dell.

As usual, the pair have a friendly bet on the outcome of the tournament. Last year, the loser had to jump into Lake Tahoe. This year, Dell revealed that the loser will probably have to sing karaoke at a later date.

Dell kept his distance from Steph with an incredible putt on the 18th hole to save par.

Hield ‘disappointed' in NBA 3-point contest runner-up finish

Silver unlikely to be swayed by Curry's officiating suggestion

Before his eagle on 18, Steph had an eventful day. At one point, he was forced to chip onto the green from the hospitality tent.

On the 17th hole, Curry made his way to the fans on the beach and posed for a photo before running back onto the course.

Curry also made the day of one lucky fan by signing their hat.

And if this basketball thing doesn't work out for Curry, he can always become an NFL wide receiver.

Curry won't win the 2019 American Century Championship. Former NFL quarterback Tony Romo is in the lead with a score of 51 points, nine more than former MLB pitcher Derek Lowe and former tennis player Mardy Fish.

But Curry still needs to beat his dad or he will be singing a sad tune.
