
The Warriors will send rookie big man Jeremy Tyler to the D-League, according to separate reports. Yahoo! Sports and the Bay Area News Group both are reporting Tyler will begin the second half of the season with the Dakota Wizards.A Warriors source has confirmed the team's plans.Tyler, a second-round pick whom the Warriors acquired from Charlotte, has played in only 14 games with the team this season. He's averaging 1.9 points and 1.0 rebounds per game.
Tyler will get an opportunity for his first D-League action on Wednesday when the Wizards host the Iowa Energy.
