As the Warriors await the return of sixth man Andre Iguodala, news has emerged on the injury status of two other reserves.
Rookie forward Kevon Looney will miss the team's upcoming roadtrip after being diagnosed with right hip inflammation, while backup center Festus Ezeli -- who underwent left knee surgery on Feb. 8 -- will be reevaluated on Monday, the team confirmed during the lead-up to the Warriors-Knicks game on Wednesday.

If Looney's injury sounds familiar, it's because the 2015 first-round pick had right hip surgery back in August to repair a torn labrum.
Since returning to the court in January, Looney has split time between Oakland and Santa Cruz, and been used sparingly while with Golden State. His best game came in a loss to the Trail Blazers on Feb. 19, when the UCLA product scored two points and grabbed eight rebounds in nine minutes.
Ezeli, who is averaging 7.5 points, 5.9 rebound and 1.2 blocks for the Warriors this season, remains on track to return late in the regular season.

On March 9, CSN Bay Area Insider Monte Poole reported that the big man went through pregame drills at Oracle Arena. Head coach Steve Kerr also provided an update on Ezeli's status.
“He’s making good progress,” Kerr said. “He’s been on the court the last couple days, starting to move around and do some shooting and stuff. We’re still a couple weeks away from the original target date to reevaluate. We’ll know more then, but he’s definitely on track to come back.”
