The Warriors coach was asked after practice Saturday if he had a response to President Donald Trump's tweet from Friday night in which the Commander in Chief called Kerr "weak and pathetic" for his answers on the NBA-China controversy.
Kerr simply shook his head. He didn't say a word.

Again, Kerr shook his head. He wasn't taking the bait. He wasn't going to give Trump another reason to tweet about him.
The back-and-forth between Kerr and Trump started Monday when Kerr didn't feel comfortable giving an opinion on the situation surrounding Daryl Morey's comments regarding protests in Hong Kong and China's subsequent response.
Then, during a press conference Wednesday, Trump called out Kerr and Spurs coach Gregg Popovich for their answers on China.

A day later, a calm Kerr provided a thoughtful response to media, citing his prior interactions with former presidents. But that carefully-worded response clearly wasn't the end of the war of words.
It continued Friday with Trump's latest tweet. With his lack of a response Saturday, it's clear Kerr isn't trying to prolong the exchange and wants to focus on the Warriors' training camp.
