Jordan Poole has been shooting lights out during the playoffs, and apparently also in the press conference room at Ball Arena.
During Steph Curry’s press conference after the Warriors beat the Denver Nuggets 118-113 on Thursday to take a 3-0 lead in the series, the lights went out mid-answer.
Curry blamed Poole, who had apparently snuck into the room among the reporters.

“Closing out the lights huh, that’s JP closing out the lights,” Curry joked.
Poole was tied with Curry for a game-high 27 points in Thursday’s win, continuing his breakout postseason on the national stage. He is averaging 28.7 points, 4.7 assists and 3.0 rebounds in this series, starting in place of Curry.

Curry has definitely been impressed with how the 22-year-old Poole has progressed this season, and Poole has shown no indication that the “lights out” shooting will stop anytime soon.
