Steph Curry never will be mistaken for Michael Jordan, but there's a lot of MJ in the Warriors' superstar.
Curry has the killer instinct, just like Jordan, and he's got the ability to hit incredible, contested shots from anywhere on the court that make everyone watching say "Wow."
During the Warriors' 114-91 win over the San Antonio Spurs, Curry did his best Jordan impersonation with a circus no-look layup with two minutes remaining in the first quarter.

After the game, Steve Kerr and Curry's teammates were in awe of what he was able to do on that shot.
"That play was sort of Jordan-esque," Kerr told reporters on a Zoom conference call. "I saw him make that move many times. Go to the rim get fouled and kind of flick it backwards. He didn't always make it, but he liked doing that shot. That was an incredible example of body control, touch, feel. What an amazing shot."
Draymond Green felt it was one of Steph's best shots ever.
"Man, I have to go back in the vault for that one," Green told reporters. "That was nice. Get the foul and kind of flick it up there. I don't know if he did this, but it was very close to a MJ, little flip. It was nice. That was a good one for sure. That was up there with some of the best ones."
Oakland native Juan Toscano-Anderson was on the bench when Curry hit his shot, but he described his reaction and what it's like playing with someone he grew up watching up close.
"Unreal, man," Toscano-Anderson told reporters. "If you watching me on the bench, I'm just really like 'Oh my god. This is crazy.' Like I said man, I'm going to stand by it, I think he's the best player in the world right now. [Kent Bazemore] said it the other day, he's just unreal. I get to watch him up close and I get to watch everything he's doing and it's cool to watch.

"I don't take this for granted. I don't think we'll ever see someone ... I don't want to say ever, but for a very long time, we won't see someone like Steph."
Curry enjoyed the shot and explained what was going through his mind in that moment.
"It was a fun one. I don't know where to rank it, but it was a fun one for sure," Curry told reporters. "Had to improvise. I don't even know how to explain it. I just had a good flow. Once I got some contact, I heard the whistle, just get it up on the glass however you can. All the wild, acrobatic shots I practice or try, instincts take over."

Jordan and Curry have another connection following Tuesday's game.
Through 25 games, the Warriors are 13-12 and Curry is averaging 29.5 points per game, good for second in the NBA behind Bradley Beal and tied with former teammate Kevin Durant.
