Steph Curry isn't following Kawhi Leonard's path of not watching NBA games in their downtime.
Curry was pumped for his brother-in-law and former Warriors teammate Damion Lee, whose off-balance shot near the baseline gave the Suns a two-point lead and helped seal the 107-105 win for the Phoenix Suns against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.

However, as the Golden State star was hyped to see Lee do well, his joy accidentally woke up his son, Canon. So on Thursday, Curry had a hilarious response when asked if he apologized to Canon for waking him up.
"It's my house," Curry told reporters jokingly. "He's alright."
The 34-year-old wasn't the only one on the Warriors happy to see Lee have a special moment to kick off the 2022-23 NBA season. Warriors coach Kerr praised his former player as well.
"Yeah, it was fantastic," Kerr told reporters Thursday. "I turned the game on late. Just saw the last few minutes, but apparently, I saw the part that counted. So always great to see former players.
"Fun seeing Juan [Toscano-Anderson] the other night. Fun to see Mo Speights return and get that ovation the other night. So that's one thing with coaching that you love, is just you build the relationships that last even beyond when you're coaching someone. So I'm always thrilled to see our former guys do well."
Lee might not be with the Warriors, but he's taking what he learned from Curry, Kerr, and the rest of the Golden State culture to further enhance his career in Phoenix.

If the 29-year-old continues playing as he did against the Mavericks on Wednesday, then expect Curry to be waking up his son late throughout the 2022-23 NBA season.
