But what about a seven-point possession?
That actually happened at a pivotal moment in Game 3 of the NBA Finals at TD Garden on Wednesday night, helping the Warriors take a large chunk out of the Boston Celtics' lead.

SIGN UP HERE With just over five minutes remaining in the third quarter and the Warriors trailing by nine, Curry nailed a 3-pointer and was fouled by Celtics big man Al Horford.
The referees reviewed the play and determined that Horford impeded Curry's landing space, assessing a Flagrant Foul Penalty 1 on Horford. Curry was given two chances to make one free throw and he made the first attempt.
The Warriors retained control of the ball and after an offensive rebound, Otto Porter Jr. hit a wild 3-pointer to cap off a seven-point possession that cut Boston's lead from 82-73 to 82-80.
Two possessions later, Curry hit another 3-pointer to give the Warriors their first lead since the score was 2-0.

That 10-0 run helped the Warriors get back into the pivotal Game 3 and once again, they won the third quarter, 33-25
