The NBA All-Star festivities are taking place in Charlotte, N.C., this weekend, which means Stephen Curry is feeling right at home.
This is his sixth All-Star selection, and he gets to spend it in the same area where he once played high school ball. His alma mater also is there -- Davidson College in Davidson, N.C. And he wanted to make sure he was part of the team's game against Saint Joseph's on Friday night.
Davidson's 80-72 home win was the cherry on top of an appearance from Curry, who sat courtside and watched his former team come back from a seven-point halftime deficit, according to ESPN's Nick Friedell.

And what was better was that the Davidson basketball team was sporting "specially designed black Under Armour uniforms from the SC30 line," ESPN noted. SC30 Inc. is the company Curry formed in June of last year. He called it a surreal experience while he sported his No. 30 Davidson jersey over a hoodie.
“I know I accomplished a lot, but it still doesn't quite sink in,” Curry said, via ESPN. “The opportunities that I get to experience now, a program that meant so much to me that gave me my entire, just, basketball and base and foundation and how much I've learned from Coach [Bob] McKillop and my teammates and stuff like that when I was on campus. I always look forward to going back and watching them play and being a part of the program any way I can."

Throughout the ESPN article, you can tell Curry was unbelievably grateful for his experience with the team that he carried to success in the NCAA Tournament.
