Former Warriors assistant coach Brian Scalabrine made headlines on Monday morning when he said that Klay Thompson might be available in a trade.
On Monday afternoon, Steve Kerr had the following exchange with a reporter.
Reporter: "Did you see what Scalabrine said about a possible Klay trade and what did you think of that?"

Kerr: "About what?"
Reporter: "About a possible Klay Thompson trade."
Kerr: "Really?" (laughing)
Reporter: "Yeah."

Kerr: "No, Brian hasn't called me yet. So if Brian wants to call then I'll get Bob (Myers) on the phone and then Bob and I can pick his brain and figure out what we should do (smiling)."
After struggling through the Warriors' first nine games -- 17.6 ppg on 28 percent shooting from deep -- Klay scored a season-high 30 points and went 5-for-8 from beyond the arc against the Suns on Sunday night.
