Rooting for the Dubs? LeBron wishes Draymond well in playoffs

LeBron James' streak of saying nice things about the Warriors continued Friday when he sent well wishes to Draymond Green and the Warriors ahead of the NBA playoffs.

Draymond responded with his appreciation.

While the Warriors will either be the No. 3 or the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference playoffs, LeBron and the Lakers will be watching from home. Los Angeles was eliminated from playoff contention earlier this week and currently has a 31-49 record with two games remaining this season. James was officially shut down by the team Friday morning due to an ankle injury.

The Warriors (51-29) will begin their first-round playoff series on either April 16 or April 17 at Chase Center against either the Utah Jazz or Denver Nuggets.

LeBron's Instagram post directed at Draymond comes a few days after James said Steph Curry is the active player he would like to play with. Curry wasn't keen on the idea, but a portion of Dub Nation seemed to be OK with the two generational superstars pairing up at some point.
