In early August, NBA.com sat down with 38 rookies and asked eight questions, one being "Who is your favorite player in the league?"
The results:
1) Kevin Durant -- 29.7 percent
Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and Russell Westbrook tied for second at 9.4 percent.

LaMarcus Aldridge, Kobe Bryant, Paul George and Chris Paul came in fifth at 6.3 percent.
Kevin Garnett, Vince Carter, Steph Curry, Marc Gasol and Kyrie Irving also received votes.
It's the third straight year Durant received the highest number of votes -- earning 25.0 percent and 21.2 percent in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
