Just three days after being traded by the Cavaliers and waived by the Trail Blazers, it looks like center Anderson Varejao knows where he wants to go.
The 12-year veteran has the Warriors 'atop' his list of possible destinations, according to Yahoo Sports' Marc J. Spears, and could sign as soon as he clears waivers on Sunday afternoon.
According to ESPN, the Warriors "have emerged as the heavy favorite" to sign the 33-year-old, who is also considering signing with the Spurs. Oklahoma City, Atlanta and the Los Angeles Clippers reportedly made offers to Varejao.

Power forward Draymond Green slid over to center in the Warriors' 115-112 win over the Clippers on Saturday night. Marreese Speights and Jason Thompson have no been able to provide reliable minutes for Steve Kerr, leading to the pursuit of Varejao.
Varejao had spent his entire career with Cleveland before they traded him to Portland on Thursday.
In 31 games this season, Varejao averaged 10 minutes, 2.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game. Over his career, he's averaged 7.6 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
On Friday, after news that Portland had waived Varejao, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was asked about the team's interest in the center.
“I have not been notified of that,” Kerr said. “But it makes perfect sense, right?" Kerr said.
"He’s . . .” Kerr added before making a slow backtrack. “I don’t even know. Am I allowed to even mention his name? I could get fined by the NBA. I don’t know what the rule is.”
