Damion Lee signed a two-way contract, which means Golden State has one two-way contract available as well.
House appeared in 23 games with the Suns last season, averaging 6.6 points and 3.3 rebounds.
He shot just under 26 percent from deep.
The 25-year old scored 16 points against the Warriors on April 1 and racked up 22 points and 8 rebounds vs the Warriors on April 8.
House played for the Rockets during Summer League in Las Vegas, averaging 16.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
Against the Cavs on July 14, he registered 30 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals, while going 5-for-11 from deep.
