Nicolas Batum will not be signing with the Warriors in free agency.
The potential Golden State target is returning to the LA Clippers on a two-year deal, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.

Batum was a rumored candidate for the Warriors with the $5.9 million taxpayer mid-level exception.
It's unclear how much money he is receiving from the Clippers, but multiple reports say he has a player option in Year 2.
The 32-year-old averaged 8.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals over 67 games (38 starts) with the Clippers in 2020-21, while shooting 40.4 percent from deep (on 4.1 attempts).

Batum entered the NBA as the No. 25 overall pick back in 2008.
