We won't know until early August whether or not free-agent-to-be Kelly Oubre will return to the Warriors.
And that still is a while from now.
But on Thursday, we did learn something about Oubre's situation.

"According to league sources, [the] Miami [Heat], San Antonio [Spurs] and the New York Knicks are among the teams interested in Oubre in free agency," Yahoo Sports' Vincent Goodwill writes. "And it’s easy to see him at his best, fitting into those places."
Again, it's extremely early in the process and so much can change between now and when the market opens Aug. 2.
We have no clue if the Warriors seriously are considering re-signing the 25-year-old, or if he seriously is contemplating staying with Golden State.
"I don't know what his market will be, I don't know what our ability will be," president of basketball operations Bob Myers told the media May 24. "[But] He did make it clear he'd like to be here. He did say that."

Oubre averaged 17.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals over a 29-game stretch from early February to early April, while shooting 47.7 percent overall and 37.4 percent from beyond the arc.

He unfortunately missed the final 10 games (plus the Warriors two play-in losses) because of a left wrist/hand injury.
If Oubre decides to sign elsewhere, the Warriors could execute some form of a sign-and-trade so they don't lose him for nothing.
