Gordon Hayward is reportedly leaving Utah.

The All-Star forward plans to sign with the Celtics, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes.

However, minutes after this report surfaced, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski tweeted the following:

If Hayward does join the Celtics, he will reunite with Boston head coach Brad Stevens -- who coached Hayward at Butler.

The Jazz selected Hayward with the ninth overall pick in the 2010 draft.

Hayward averaged career-highs in points (21.9) and rebounds (5.4) last season.
