
Injuries have left the Warriors thin, especially on their front line, but it appears the team's backup center is close to making his return.
If Festus Ezeli can get through Golden State's 2-on-2 and 3-on-3 scrimmages this week without issue, he could play as early as Friday against the Boston Celtics, according to Janie McCauley of the Associated Press.
Before Sunday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said that Ezeli -- who has been sidelined since late January after left knee surgery -- has been "coming along nicely."

Andre Iguodala, on the other hand, does not have quite as positive of a prognosis. Golden State's star sixth man has been out since spraining his left ankle March 11 against the Portland Trail Blazers, and is still "a little bit a ways away from playing," according to Kerr.
Warriors small forward Brandon Rush, who bruised his right knee Sunday in Philly, is probable for Tuesday's game against the Washington Wizards.
