Golden State Warriors
Durant will become an unrestricted free agent in July, and he has been very noncommittal about his future with Golden State. Two weeks ago, Draymond was asked about the connections being made between Durant and the Knicks, and the 2017 NBA Defensive Player of the Year made it clear he won't be doing much recruiting.
“When that decision comes up, I think we’ll have won three championships,” Draymond told Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports. “That’s my recruiting: three out of three.”
Neither Draymond nor Durant spoke to the media after the loss in Los Angeles, as emotions still were running high:
