The Warriors built an 18-point lead early in the third quarter, but Toronto roared back and even took a 98-96 lead with less than six minutes remaining.
But Steph Curry scored 10 of his game-high 37 points down the stretch, and the Warriors held on to improve to 12-0.
Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan each scored 28 points and the Raptors shot 39 free throws compared to the Warriors' 27 (and a lot of those came late when Toronto was purposely fouling).
