Poole trolls refs on IG after being called for three travels

It was a challenging night for Jordan Poole in the Warriors' 116-109 loss to the Miami Heat on Tuesday at FTX Arena.

Poole recorded nine points and was 3-for-10 from the field as Golden State fell to 3-5 to start the 2022-23 NBA season. Nonetheless, for the 23-year-old, the referees played a role in Poole's frustrating game

Poole was called for three travels and the guard went on social media to vent. The Warriors star took to Instagram, where he shared a clip from a Detroit Pistons-Philadelphia 76ers game in the early to mid-2000s in which the referee Steve Javie called a soft foul on Allen Iverson.

Along with the clip, Poole added, "the refs tonight in Miami."

Poole wasn't alone in criticizing the officiating, as Steph Curry believes he was robbed of three free throws that potentially could have tied the game late in the fourth quarter.
