During the postgame interview with NBC Sports Bay Area’s Kerith Burke on “Warriors Live: Playoff Edition” after the Game 4 victory, Lacob gifted the Warriors’ budding star a coconut drink and over-the-top flamingo sunglasses. Poole had no problem sporting the shades.

Poole didn’t have his best game Monday night, scoring just 14 points on 4-of-12 shooting from the field with no 3-pointers made. But the Warriors still won and now have a commanding three-games-to-one lead in the Western Conference semifinals. Plus, the Splash-Brother-in-training just knows how to have fun, like with his viral swing-dance move with Steph Curry in Game 3.

Plus the Poole Party nickname certainly has become common nomenclature among Dub Nation, so Lacob had the perfect gifts for levity after a hard-fought victory.
