Warriors guard Jordan Poole came out on fire in the Valley of the Sun on Tuesday night.
In just over 10 minutes of action in the first quarter against the Phoenix Suns at Footprint Arena, Poole scored 16 eye-popping points on 6-of-7 shooting from the field and 4-of-5 shooting from 3-point range.

Poole's first-quarter barrage helped the Warriors take a 35-31 lead after the first 12 minutes.
Teammate Damion Lee, who just welcomed a baby boy to the world with his wife Sydel Curry-Lee this week, was watching the game back in California after practicing with the G League Santa Cruz Warriors on Tuesday and he loved the show Poole put on in the first quarter.
Poole tied his career-high for points in a quarter.
The Warriors are going to need all the points they can get from Poole against the Suns, winners of 16 straight games entering Tuesday's matchup.
