Panthers' Chinn FaceTimes with Steph, wears jersey to game

Steph Curry forever will be a Bay Area legend. When it comes to the NFL, however, his heart is in North Carolina.

Curry is a diehard Carolina Panthers fan, and it showed Sunday as the NFL kicked off the regular season.

Panthers safety Jeremy Chinn spoke with Curry over FaceTime on Saturday and then wore his red Davidson college jersey to Carolina's game Sunday before their showdown with the New York Jets.

"That's love, bro. I appreciate that," Curry said to Chinn. "It's nice to know from being out here on the West Coast having my people back in North Carolina still representing, still showing love -- that means a lot."
