The Warriors have been allowed to speak with NBA draft prospects via Zoom since early April.
And at some point during the last two months, they have (virtually) met with LaMelo Ball and James Wiseman, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

Most draft analysts believe both players will be taken in the top five, and the Warriors are guaranteed a top-five pick.
"Believe it or not, the Warriors are actually higher on Southern Cal’s (Onyeka) Okongwu than James Wiseman," Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle wrote in mid-May. "Unlike Wiseman, Okongwu can shuttle between multiple positions with ease."
A month ago, ESPN's Jay Bilas said he would select Wiseman No. 1 overall if the Warriors land the top selection.

As for Ball:
"I’ve been told that (Tyrese Haliburton) has emerged as the No. 1 point guard on the Warriors’ board — yes, above LaMelo Ball and Killian Hayes," Letourneau wrote Wednesday.
The reality is that a lot is going to change between now and the 2020 NBA Draft Lottery (scheduled for Aug. 25) and the 2020 NBA Draft (slated for Oct. 15).

The Warriors are going to gather a lot of information and intel over the coming months, and the process will remain fluid.
Don't forget that Golden State's front office ultimately could choose to trade their pick. That remains a distinct option for a franchise in "win-now mode."
