Despite a wild finish to Sunday night's game, with multiple controversial calls, the NBA stands by its officiating.
In the final seconds of the Warriors' 110-108 loss to the San Antonio Spurs at Chase Center, Kevon Looney was called for a foul on Spurs center Jakob Poeltl, sending the big man to the line for two free-throw attempts with two seconds remaining and Golden State leading by just one point.

Poeltl made the first attempt but missed the second before Spurs forward Keldon Johnson scored the eventual game-winning bucket.
Dubs fans on Twitter were unhappy with the officiating, specifically on the Looney foul that sent Poeltl to the line.
In the NBA's Last Two Minute Report released Monday morning, the league stated that all calls were made correctly.
NBA's comment: "Looney (GSW) holds Poeltl's (SAS) left shoulder during the rebound and the contact affects his FOM."
During Johnson's game-winning shot, Klay Thompson was upset with the officiating because it appeared as if Spurs guard Dejounte Murray had made contact with him on the rebound.
NBA's comment: "Murray (SAS) extends his arm in pursuit of the rebound and incidental arm contact occurs with Thompson (GSW) and Wiggins (GSW) as the ball ricochets away."

It was certainly a frustrating ending for the Warriors, who would have won the game if not for the foul that led to Poeltl's free-throw attempts and Johnson's game-winning shot.
