Andre Iguodala thought he was paying his respects Tuesday night. To the recipient, it clearly didn't come across that way.

There's one problem: "Number 23" wasn't the one dominating the Sun. Sure, that is the number Powers wears, but she clearly didn't like Iguodala referring to her by number instead of name.
Iguodala subtweeted Powers with two words Wednesday morning.
Powers tweeted again later Wednesday, saying that Iguodala's tweet was "unacceptable."

Powers tore up the Sun in the Mystics' 94-89 win. She led the Mystics with 27 points, shot 10-for-14 from the field and made four of her six 3-point attempts. She definitely caught Iguodala's eyes, but a simple Google search goes a long way.

There's no doubt Iguodala had good intentions. He's smart enough to know he should look up who "Number 23" is before tweeting, though. All in all, the former NBA Finals MVP came up short in respecting someone who balled out to lead Washington to a win.
