Kuminga, Moody sign rookie-scale contracts with Warriors

Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody have put pen to paper.

The No. 7 and No. 14 overall picks in last week's NBA draft signed their rookie-scale contracts with the Warriors, the franchise announced Thursday afternoon.

Both players made their Summer League debuts Wednesday night, and they were impressive.

Kuminga recorded 18 points (7-for-14 from the field), three rebounds, two steals and one block (he did commit six turnovers).

The 18-year-old was a team-best plus-seven in 25 minutes.

Moody registered 19 points (7-for-18 overall, 2-for-4 on 3s), seven rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes.

Kuminga and Moody are expected to take the court again next Monday evening at 5:00 PT in Las Vegas when Golden State faces the Orlando Magic.
