After a bit of bad news about Kevon Looney to start Monday night, the Warriors got a glimmer of hope with regards to Klay Thompson's health.
Thompson's MRI confirmed that the Warriors star has a mild strain of his left hamstring. The Warriors listed their sharpshooter as questionable for Game 3 on Wednesday night at Oracle Arena.

The Athletic/Stadium's Shams Charania first reported the news.
With about 10:40 left in the fourth quarter, Klay missed a left-wing 3-pointer and landed awkwardly. He stayed in the game and didn't show any real signs of discomfort.
But right after Quinn Cook hit a 3-pointer with just under 8:20 remaining, something went wrong. Klay began limping badly and had to head to the locker room.
He did not return.
“Klay said he’ll be fine,” Golden State coach Steve Kerr told reporters after the game. “But Klay could be half dead and he would say he would be fine. We’ll see.

"He pulled his hamstring. He thinks it is minor, so I don’t know what that means going forward.”
The Warriors will practice on Tuesday, so you can expect another update on Klay's status when Kerr speaks to the media that afternoon.
Because he exited early and Andre Iguodala stole the show with his dagger 3-pointer in the closing seconds, Klay didn't get the praise he deserved for his on-court production in Game 2.

The five-time All-Star scored the Dubs' first nine points and racked up 18 points in the first half. He finished with a team-high 25 (his most since he scored 26 in Game 1 of the West finals against Portland), and also registered five rebounds and five assists.
