Kevin Durant is with the Brooklyn Nets now, but he and Steph Curry still are brothers.
The superstars formed one of the most dynamic duos in NBA history, winning two league titles and going to three consecutive Finals during Durant's three-year odyssey with the Warriors.
The day after Curry broke his hand during a blowout loss to the Phoenix Suns, Durant wished his former running mate a speedy recovery during an appearance on ESPN's "First Take."

"I mean, luckily it wasn't anything more serious than that," Durant told Stephen A. Smith on Thursday. "Especially, seeing Klay [Thompson] out for the whole season and myself, you know, out for the whole year.
"I'm sure he'll be back playing again, but it was tough to see him break his hand on TV. You know, he's been doing so much, and the team is still transitioning. It's a new group and a young group, so he's trying to do so much.
"Having him out is going to be tough for them to sustain. Hopefully, he gets back and gets healthy."
The Warriors dynasty officially has been torn down. Durant's exit, along with Curry and Thompson's injuries, means the five-time defending Western Conference champions now enter a different kind of season than in years past, focusing on growing young players and building toward the future.

Durant is slated to miss the entire season as he rehabs from the ruptured Achilles he suffered during the Finals. Thompson, likewise, is expected to miss the whole season with a torn ACL. There is no timetable for Curry's return, but expect the Warriors to be cautious with his recovery.
All three will be back over time, but this NBA season will look a lot different without three of the league's marquee stars.
