Hey Knicks fans, Kevin Durant has seen your billboard. Let's just say that you've got some work to do.
The Warriors arrived in New York on Thursday and practiced. Following the session, Durant met with members of the media and as you can imagine, his free agency and the billboard asking him to come save the Knicks were hot topics.
"To be honest I don’t know how I feel about that type of stuff," Durant told reporters, according to ESPN's Ian Begley. "It’s cool. No disrespect, but I’m not really impressed with that type of stuff. I just really like playing basketball."

Durant has the ability to opt out of his contract at the end of the season and become a free agent. It's a near certainty that he will do so. The Knicks, who have fallen on hard times in recent years, are hoping Durant will be their savior.
As Monte Poole writes, there are a few reasons the Knicks and New York could be appealing to the two-time NBA Finals MVP.
