Is it possible that Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins becomes an All-Star next season for the first time in his career?
TNT's Kenny Smith not only believes that it could come to fruition, but that it's going to happen.
"I think he's gonna make the All-Star team next year," Smith said Wednesday on 95.7 The Game's "Bonta, Steiny & Guru" show. "He could be that good.
"He does everything that Harrison Barnes was doing (when he played for the Warriors), and he's more athletic."
Wow. That's a serious declaration.
Plain and simple -- if Wiggins becomes an All-Star, it probably means the Warriors are dominating the NBA, and in prime position to win the title.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft averaged 19.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists over 12 games with Golden State last season, while shooting nearly 46 percent overall and 34 percent from deep.

Additionally, his 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals per game both would be career highs over a full season.
"I just want to see him play the game in a way that helps us win," Golden State's executive VP of basketball operations Kirk Lacob said last week on the "Runnin' Plays" podcast. "We know he's a talented basketball player. Nobody is going to argue that. Can he bring those talents and learn, 'What do I do best with this squad to help win?' That's all that I really care about.
"I don't care how many points, rebounds, assists, steals or blocks he averages ... I want to see him really happy when we win a bunch of games. I want to see him high-fiving our other guys."

The Warriors believe Wiggins will thrive playing alongside Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green.
They are confident the 25-year-old is going to change some of the narrative surrounding his game and career.
"He may not be an MVP candidate, but he's a damn good player," coach Steve Kerr said a couple weeks ago. "He fits right in with what we're trying to do."
