OAKLANDThe Warriors return home after a winlessthree-game road trip and are now 2-5 on the season. Saturdays game againstUtah takes on added importance because the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic arewaiting in the wingsand then a four-game road trip. Here are a few things to watch for:
Tired legs: Both teams played on Fridaynight, so there are no excuses there. However, if theres one thing Utah coachTyrone Corbin has shown so far this season its that hes not afraid to uselots of players.Only Al Jefferson averages more than 30 minutes per game, and in the Jazzs victory over Memphis on Friday, Corbin got nice contributionsfrom Earl Watson, Josh Howard, Alec Burks and Derrick Favors.Help for Ellis: Its obvious the Warriorscant win consistently unless shooting guard Monta Ellis gets a littlemore helpparticularly with Stephen Curry out of the lineup. Dorell Wrighthad 10 points against the Lakers after going scoreless in the previous twogames, and the Warriors need him to build off that game. The Warriors also need power forward David Lee to begin tomake more of an impactboth in scoring and rebounding.3-point shooting: The 3-point shot hasnot been kind to the Warriors this season. Theyve only hit 39 of them on theyear and are shooting just 32.5 percent from beyond the arc. Wrights earlyseason shooting slump has been partly responsible for that. This is where Klay Thompson could come in, and he showedover the past two games that he may be finding his way after a toughstart.
