OAKLAND -– Stephen Curry got the green light to start and, along with backcourt-mate Klay Thompson, lit up Oracle Arena in a 111-101 Warriors victory over the Hornets on Monday night.
And, by the way, Draymond Green became the 15th player in NBA history to post three consecutive triple-doubles. He is the second Warrior to do so, as Tom Gola did it for the Philadelphia team in 1959-60.

Curry and Thompson each poured in 30 points to lead all scorers. Three other Warriors scored in double figures as Marreese Speights put in a season-high 15 points, Green tossed in 13 and Brandon Rush added 10.
The Warriors (32-2) led by as much as 22 points, offsetting a 41-37 rebounding deficit by shooting 51.7 percent overall and 44.1 percent from 3-point distance. Charlotte (17-17) shot 44.2 percent overall and 33.3 percent from deep.
The win pushed their home record this season to 17-0, extending their overall home win streak to 35 dating back to last season.

Forward Harrison Barnes, returning after a 16-game absence with a sprained ankle and bone bruise, scored eight points in 19 minutes off the bench. He received a standing ovation upon entering the game in the second quarter.
STANDOUT PERFORMER
There were many, topped by the scoring of Curry and Thompson, Green’s all-around play and Speights’ most impressive game of the season.
Green’s triple-double line: 13 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists. He leads the NBA in triple-doubles with seven.
Curry’s line: 30 points (12-of-21 shooting, 5-of-10 beyond the arc), four assists and four rebounds.
Thompson’s line: 30 points (11-of-23 shooting, including 6-of-11 from deep), with a team-best plus/minus of plus-14.
Speights’ line: 15 points on 7-of-10 shooting in 16 minutes.
TURNING POINT
After a Jeremy Lin 3-pointer pulled the Hornets within one (66-65) with 8:56 remaining in the third quarter, the Warriors responded with a 16-4 run to take an 84-69 lead with 4:47 left in the period.
During that stretch, the Warriors held Charlotte to 2-of-7 shooting, with a pair of turnovers.
The Hornets never got closer than eight over the remainder of the game.
INJURY UPDATE
Warriors: Guard Stephen Curry (left shin contusion), forward Harrison Barnes (left ankle sprain/bone bruise), forward Brandon Rush (right hamstring tightness) were cleared prior to tipoff and played. Center Festus Ezeli (left foot toe soreness), listed as probable, dressed but did not play. Guard Leandro Barbosa (left shoulder sprain) and forward James Michael McAdoo (left foot toe sprain) were listed as out and did not play.
Hornets: Forward/Center Spencer Hawes (low back tightness) and guard Jeremy Lin (right ankle sprain) were listed as probable and both played. Foward Nicolas Batum (right foot toe sprain), forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (right shoulder surgery) and center Al Jefferson (right knee surgery) were listed as out and did not play.
ROSTER NOTE
Warriors forward Kevon Looney (right hip surgery rehab) began his assignment with the D-League Santa Cruz Warriors.
