How Oubre feels when routinely told he's really good looking

It's been a wild month for Kelly Oubre.

He was traded by the Phoenix Suns to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Nov. 16, traded by OKC to the Warriors a couple days later, got engaged soon thereafter and turned 25 years old Dec. 9.

And speaking of wild -- at the end of a recent interview with SiriusXM NBA Radio, Oubre was asked if it gets tiring of everybody talking about how good looking he is.

Yes, that actually happened.

"I don't really pay attention to it," the 6-foot-7 lefty said. "I could have my moments where I'm like, 'Why would you say that? That's very disrespectful. Ya'll are crazy.'

"At the end of the day, it's a blessing to have people that I guess I make them smile in certain ways. But I'm a human being. I'm going through this phase where I'm trying to grow my hair back out."

How Butler, Warriors can ‘protect' tired Steph moving forward

Oubre had his best preseason performance Thursday night against the Kings, recording 22 points (8-for-12 FG, 4-for-6 3s), four rebounds, one assist and one block in about 23 minutes. He was a team-best plus-19.

If basketball all of a sudden stops working out for him, perhaps he can be the next Derek Zoolander.
