Forward Draymond Green was forced to leave the game after taking a shot to the orbital area from Bulls forward Taj Gibson with 9:32 to go in the third quarter.
Green stayed on the ground while the action moved down to the Bulls' end of the court. After the Warriors regained control of the ball, they called a timeout to get Green out of the game.

During the timeout, Green walked to the locker room on his own power.
With under one minute remaining in the quarter, Green emerged from the locker room and returned to the bench.
Green told reporters after the game that he was being put through the league's concussion protocol while in the locker room in the third quarter.
With 11:28 to go in the fourth quarter, Green checked back into the game.
