Though the Warriors (24-6) were relatively healthy at the start of their nine-game win streak, they’ve not been slowed by the loss of three starters -- Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Zaza Pachulia -- over the bulk of the stretch.
The Grizzlies (9-21) have had a tumultuous season, as their veteran leader, point guard Mike Conley, has been on the sideline since Nov. 1. Coach David Fizdale, who led Memphis to the playoffs last season, was fired about three weeks later and replaced by interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff.

MATCHUP TO WATCH
JaVale McGee & Co. vs. Marc Gasol: In battling Gasol, the Warriors would benefit greatly if Zaza Pachulia can return after a four-game absence. If Pachulia can’t go, McGee is the likeliest starter against the 7-foot-1 Spaniard. The multi-skilled Gasol has been an elite center for nearly a decade but, as he approaches age 33, is showing signs of slowing down. It’s tough to imagine the Grizzlies having a reasonable chance to win without a productive, efficient performance from the big man.

SERIES HISTORY
The Warriors lost the first meeting this season, 111-101, on Oct. 21 at Memphis. The teams split the four-game series last season. Though the Warriors have won eight of the last 11, they are 13-23 against the Grizzlies dating back to 2008-09.
THREE THINGS TO WATCH
THE KD SHOW: In the five games since Curry went out, Kevin Durant has played his most effective basketball, averaging 34.2 points, 10.4 rebounds and 7.4 assists and 3.0 blocks. He’s the first person since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in 1974 to post at least 35 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks in four of five games. The Grizzlies don’t have a natural matchup for KD. Who does?
THE POINTS: With Curry and Livingston out, the Warriors once again need productive point guard minutes from youngsters Pat McCaw and Quinn Cook. McCaw struggled Monday against the Lakers, and Cook played only five minutes. This is a concern, because one of the bright spots in Memphis’ slide has been veteran point guard Tyreke Evans, who is averaging 19.7 points on 52.6 percent shooting in road games.
BRING THE D: A little bit of defense goes a long way against the Grizzlies, particularly with Conley and Parsons out. Memphis 29th in scoring, 29th in rebounding, 27th in offensive rating and 25th in field-goal percentage and only six teams are worse beyond the arc.
