OAKLAND – When the Warriors return home Monday night, they will do so newly humbled and with tender backsides.
Oracle Arena, however, is the place that provides unconditional support and heals their wounds. And this time, it offers additional motivation, as a Warriors victory would be their 45th in a row at home – the longest such streak in NBA history.
In the wake of a 17-point loss to the struggling Lakers on Sunday, the Warriors probably won’t need much motivation when they greet the Orlando Magic (27-34) for a 7:30 tipoff.

Though the Warriors could be without two of their top six players – Draymond Green and Andre Iguodala – Steph Curry will be looking to atone for his subpar outing in LA. There could be opportunities, as he torched the Magic for 51 points less than two weeks ago.
Also in favor the Warriors: Orlando is 10-18 on the road.

MATCHUP TO WATCH
Andrew Bogut vs. Nikola Vucevic: Bogut sometimes has difficulty with skilled centers that can generate offense facing the basket. Big Nik is just such a player, and he likely will float just beyond the paint to create room for athletic teammates such as Aaron Gordon. Bogut will need to avoid foul trouble.
LAST 10
Warriors: 8-2.
Magic: 4-6.

“It’s an opportunity to refocus and get ready for tonight and forget about yesterday, really. We watched some film on it, but other than that . . . all we’re worried about is how we bounce back. And we’ve done that well all year, so we’ve got another test of our resiliency tonight.” – Curry on bouncing back after the loss in Los Angeles
