[POOLE: Kerr won't make return vs Nuggets, but 'could be any day now']
The Warriors (30-2) could get a boost from the return of Stephen Curry, who missed the last two games with a leg bruise, as they hope to extend their home win streak to 34, dating back to last season.
Though Curry is optimistic, his playing status won’t be determined until shortly before game time.

[POOLE: Warriors' Curry upgraded to probable vs Nuggets]
Denver (12-21) has lost seven of its last eight games, and it’s easy to see why. Six players are hurting, including leading scorer Danilo Gallinari, who is expected to play, and rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay, who started on opening night.

MATCHUP TO WATCH
Draymond Green vs. Kenneth Faried. These two don’t always square off, but they likely often will in this game. Both are high-energy players with different skill sets. Green’s task is to keep Faried off the glass, where he seeks easy buckets. Faried’s role will be far more difficult, as Green often directs the offense and is capable of pulling defenders out of the paint with his 3-point shooting.
LAST 10
Warriors: 8-2. Nuggets: 3-7.
