Former Warriors G Crawford scores 72 points in China

Jordan Crawford has not played in the NBA since the 2013-14 season, but that doesn't mean we've forgotten about him.

The former Warriors guard is currently playing for Tianjin Ronggang of the Chinese Basketball Association.

And on Friday against the Sichuan Blue Whales, he registered 72 points and 16 rebounds.

That's not a typo.

Crawford certainly enjoys playing against the Blue Whales, because he racked up 61 points against them on Dec. 6.

Over 18 games this season, he's averaging 41.5 points per contest.

Crawford was selected by the Nets with the 27th overall pick in the 2010 draft.

With the Wizards in 2011-12, he averaged 14.7 points and 3.0 assists per game.

The Warriors acquired him from the Celtics in mid-January 2014.

Over 42 regular season games with Golden State, he averaged 8.4 points over 15.7 minutes per night.

On the final day of the regular season, he poured in 41 points against the Nuggets.

Crawford began the 2014-15 campaign in China, before joining the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA D-League.

The Santa Cruz Warriors beat Crawford's squad in the D-League Finals.
