Election Day (Nov. 6) falls right in the middle of the Warriors' four-game homestand, and Stephen Curry and Steve Kerr are ready.
Curry entered Oracle Arena Friday wearing a sweatshirt with the message, "I am a voter," while Kerr wore a shirt featuring the slogan "Vote For Our Lives" across the front.

SIGN UP HERE "I am a voter" is a get-out-the-vote campaign encouraging widespread participation in the upcoming midterm elections.
"Vote For Our Lives" is the voter registration initiative of the group that led the "March For Our Lives," a nationwide demonstration in favor of gun control legislation in the wake of the Feb. 14 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. Students who survived the shooting spoke at, and planned, the march.
"I think we're gonna see a big turnout next week," Kerr told reporters Friday. "It just feels like it. It feels like there is a groundswell of young voters out there, and I'm particularly inspired by the 'Vote For Our Lives' movement, along with the 'March For Our Lives' movement. They go hand in hand. That's the only way we're going to change the course of gun violence in this country; it's to get to the voting booth and start getting in some policies that make sense. So, I encourage everybody to vote."

In March, Kerr spoke at a gun violence town hall in Newark ahead of the "March For Our Lives," and delivered a similar message months before the election.
“You can scare the hell out of people by voting,” he said on March 12. “You can inspire others to vote. Get registered.”
